I browned it in butter and olive oil, cooked it for ~40 minutes on medium heat with a cover on.
I only over cooked the tenderloin, which is a shame. First time making rabbit by myself, though.

Had a great motherfucking day today. Got up at 6 AM, got to work at 7 AM, drove to Denton to drill some holes at two schools. We drilled two 25 feet holes at each school. It was p fuckin easy drilling. All of it was clay so it went quick and easy. Me and Rene (the driller I work with) joked around and had a good time. I left the office at 3:30 ,went home and rested a while. Then I went up to a mexican restaraunt with my dad and had a great margarita, a pint of shiner and ate some awesome nachos. After that, I went and picked up $220 from a customer and took it to AJ (my dealer and partner in crime.) Then I bought 5 dones from him, he gave me 2 more for fixing some shit on his computer, and then another 2 for taking out some trash. :lol: Also picked up two footballs. I took one thinking about taking the other one. And now I'm just xaned and noddin like a hobgoblin drinking more beer.

I got in an argument with brent the other night and he did something like that. I was saying that he doesn't have many friends because he's condescending and unpleasant to be around because he is so argumenative all the time. He said that the reason he doesn't have friends is because he doesn't care or make an effort and that he's already done every thing you can do with a friend with his work friends. His other excuse was that he doesn't have any thing in common with anyone and that when he hangs out with people they already have other friends they like more. Also, he has his brother so other friends are superfluous. I tried to tell him those were all lame cop outs but he just kept repeating them.
