On a different note. My girl lives next to a [I]massive[/I] cemetery.

It's huge. You can google earth that mother, it's "Fairhaven Memorial Park and Mortuary"

Very old. Like stones from the 1800's. Civil war tombs and such.

It's so big and peaceful though, you can actually go deep into it and not hear traffic or the sounds of the city. Incredibly peaceful.



I think it's just totally ironic that to get away from the sounds of 'life', you have to dwell amoung the dead.

I'm watching a program about people building bomb shelters.

They're insulting people who don't build bomb shelters by saying that those people are going to be dying and searching for food.

After a nuclear bomb. I highly doubt enough people would survive the inital blasts, let alone the radiation to ever have to worry about finding food. And I also highly doubt that these shelters are actually going to protect against modern bombs.

the oldest stone in my local churchyard is around 1250. the church was built in the 1090s. my nearest big graveyards oldest stone is the mid 1700s. you americans dont know old.

Just got back from a gig, it's hell getting back home now that I live in the middle of nowhere. Anyway, the kit was strange. 4-piece with LOADS of cymbals, 3 cowbells and double bass.

I hated it. Everything was memory locked really tight, too. Only thing I adjusted was moving one of the chinas and disconnecting the slave pedal, but it seemed to go ok...

But I hate playing on 4-pieces.

I once ate rice with chop sticks. Very hard until you realize you don't pick rice up the same way as you pick up other things.

So I got a a nine song set gig on Novemeber 18. I can't wait. My drums are gonna be mic'd and everything.

yeah. Surprisingly the chopsticks didnt dent at all when I played with them. I could even rimshot with them.

My mom's acting real weird. It almost makes me think something's up.

She went out and bought a big crossword puzzle book, and she'll do 90% of one, then give it to me to finish. If she sees my hands move, she'll ask "Did you get one? Which one did you get?".

One time my friend and his girlfriend left a used condom on her parent's "doorside table" the morning before we left to go camping. It was there for 2 whole days, right at the front door, and the parents I guess didn't find it.
