Lord Abortion 07-06-2006 04:54 AM

Heh, you bastards putting fears in my head.

I'm doing a shift on Saturday at 6:30 for them to see what I'm like, then they'll see from there.

AG 07-06-2006 04:57 AM

Soup guys.

How is everyone?

Going to buy my ticket for Skindred today, anyone know what they're like?

GurS 07-06-2006 05:02 AM

I don't think I've even heard of them...

Why do you suck, Aiden? Or are you advertising the means by which you aim to make your money back? :naughty:

Lord Abortion 07-06-2006 05:03 AM

I dunno...they sound gay, but you can't always judge by names.

Hey Aidan, anyways.

AG 07-06-2006 05:20 AM

Well they're playing at my favourite night club.

Usually it's £4 in, and if you wanna arrive early and see Skindred it's £6, so it's like seeing them for £2.

They played at Download too, so they might be alright.

Mexican Bandito 07-06-2006 05:22 AM

I just got a phonecall from work saying that I was down on the rota to work!!

My boss asked me to come in! lol hahah no way!

PAJJ 07-06-2006 05:28 AM

skindred are alright, remind me a bit of FNM, i'd of thought they'd put on a pretty good show.

That's all funny.

PAJJ 07-06-2006 06:04 AM

ouch,
what's like a ninja though, throwing it up it the air and slicing it as it falls? :p

NP Chris Cornell - Wave Goodbye

AG 07-06-2006 06:19 AM

Well I had the kinfe through my belt loop, and I pulled it out quickly to slice the end of the cucumber off (you know when it's still wrapped up, brand new) and I sliced my finger and I pulled it out.

GurS 07-06-2006 06:27 AM

talking about ninjas:

The emperor of japan wanted a new bodyguard. Three people applied for the job - an american half-asian ninja, a genuine japanes ninja, and a jewish ninja. The emperor asked for a demonstration from each of the ninjas, to prove who was the best, and would thus become his body guard.

The american, half-asian ninja pulled out a matchbox, opened it up, and a fly flew out. The ninja pulls out his sword, make a quick swipe, and BAM! The fly falls to the floor in two halves.

"Impressive", though the japenese emperor

So the japanese ninja steps up, pulls out a matchbox, opens it, and again, a fly flies out. This time, the sword comes out, and SWISH! SWOOSH! SWASH! The fly falls to the floor in four equal parts.

"Well, I think we have a winner", declares the japanese emperor.

The jewish ninja stands up, and says, "Excuse me, I still have MY demonstration to perform?"

So, he steps up, pulls out a matchbox, opens it up, and another fly flies out. The jewish ninja gets out his sword, and skilfully swishes the sword around the fly. When he's finished, the fly is still alive, and continues to fly off.

The japanese emperor turns to the jewish ninja, and says "what the hell was that? That was rubbish!" To which the jewish ninja replies, "do you have ANY idea how hard it is to circumcise a fly?"

B-dum tch.

NP: Neil Young - Oh, Lonesome Me

I'm finding this album better than 'Harvest' was.

NP: N.E.R.D. - Fly or Die

Does anyone else find that, like, twenty seconds after you start typing a quick reply, the field then re-goes blank and you lose everything you typed? Damn thing

Aiden, you're a mod: do you know why the forums have been going down a fair bit recently?

jpshortstuff 07-06-2006 07:11 AM

GurS 07-06-2006 07:14 AM

What's there to do in Bristol?

Lord Abortion 07-06-2006 07:16 AM

Bestiality?

NP-Cannibal Corpse-Perverse suffering(live)

jpshortstuff 07-06-2006 07:18 AM

actually i just wanted to go to Sound Control and get some Picks/Strings and maybe look at other stuff i previously mentioned in here. we had one music shop where i live and then it closed a few years ago so i have to go into Bristol to get plectrums or strings which is annoying.

Peverse suffering was my fav CC song for a while.

Jev 07-06-2006 07:19 AM

Get attacked?
Doesn't brew live there?

jpshortstuff 07-06-2006 07:22 AM
Pat, you of Irish decent?
NP: Who's Fist Is This Anyway? ~ Prong

EDIT: Is she milf?

GurS 07-06-2006 08:20 AM

THAR BE GERIATRIC LOVIN' IN THIS HERE THREAD

Achem.

Do you identifiy most with your Irishness than your otherplaceness?

Patrick O))) 07-06-2006 08:30 AM

I guess so, but only because I'm not there.

Like everyone around me is english for umpteen generations, I'm 3rd gen all Irish ... plus I'm very in touch with where my family's from, so I feel Irish. Also, I only tend to fein interest in a tournament if Ireland are in it, that's why I remember the last world cup as being pretty good.

But like I said, abscence makes the heart grow fonder might apply here. I wouldn't even think about it if I was Irish born and raised, living in Droim Shoirn.
