Here's the thing, my friends. I'm about to start writing my AYDY review for sputnik, but I'd like some input. I'd really like to go the extra mile with this one and include some things you wouldn't normally see around MX's review section. I've already got plans to include audio and video uploads, pictures, and maybe some interview links. What do you guys think I should do? Do you have any ideas for what kind of format I could use or what other things I could see? Just think about what kinds of things you'd like to have and what might make an otherwise boring collection of text into an interesting read. I appreciate any help you can give me with this.

Just so you know, you can use Tinyurl.com to pass the YSI block so it won't look as stupid with hxxp crap.

Is it just me or are all the songs on FTR starting to sound the same, bar Kissing the Shadows? I'm starting to prefer HCDR. I also hope this new album is as good as people say it is.

Hatebreeder and Something Wild are where it's at. The rest didn't really interest me, even though Hate Crew Deathroll and Follow the Reaper have their moments.

I agree. Aside from Follow the Reaper, Something Wild is definitely my favorite. I've always been the only one though. Everyone else says i's their worst, but I have countless fond memories of SW.

Megaupload has unlimited uploads and doesn't block but I find the countdown and dropdown box blocking the 'download' button annoying as f[SIZE=2]u[/SIZE]ck.

I have never found any song on Follow the Reaper similar to another. If you love Hatecrew Deathroll, than you'll most likely like the new stuff, even though they're using less power metal stuff than ever.

Bastards of Bodom is insane. It's got an extremely catchy riff that will get stuck in your head, like Hate Me. I think it's the new Kissing the Shadows. But it doesn't have a solo, which is I think the first time I've ever heard Alexi not play a solo. It's kind of cool though, because now I have a chance of playing a Bodom song all the way through.

Amon Amarth shouldn't be opening up for CoB.

The pics/videos sound like a great idea. Maybe put something in from interviews you find, like Alexi's thoughts on the album, and post links to the actual interviews at the end. If you do a song-by-song breakdown of the album, you could include short clips from each song that support the description you're giving of it.

I was planning on linking to the entire song. I would insert picture sdirectly into the review, but I'm not sure sputnik allows it so I may be reduced to linking. The thoughts on the album was a good idea; I was going to do random member interviews but your idea makes more sense.

You might have to wait until the album comes out before you start seeing interviews though. Also, later you could edit the review to include your review of CoB's show, since it's being done to promote the new album.

Then offer a different opinion, and make the review better than his, which I'm sure you'll do, since this guy just pulled the review out of his ***, and from what it sounds like, you're going to put a lot of work into it.

Thank you, I'm going to try and make mine as good as possible. The effort will surely be there.

EDIT 2: There is now a chance that I may be able to include streaming videos in the review. I've found and downloaded program that allows me to uplaod and stream a video from my desktop to the website with a very generous file size limit. I already have the Downfall video, my copy of Something Wild has some form of a Deadnight Warrior video, and I've located videos for Trashed Lost & Strungout and Sixpounder over slsk. If anyone has any CoB videos at all, please let me know. I'm trying to make this review as comprehensive as possible and it would be greatly appreciated. If people start sending me things for this review I'll give credits at the end as well.
