That any good?
I think so. Not as good as his other EP's, clear Burzum worship in some parts.

Txus 11-03-2009 08:11 PM

@Mappy: Don't laugh at my taste, Sir.

:(

NP:Urfaust - Ragnarok Mystiker

ugh, this band is so ****ing good

witchxrapist 11-03-2009 08:13 PM

I'm sorry, but I just think Ceremony is incredibly boring and that there's so many better active bands in the genre than them.

RetiredAt21 11-03-2009 08:13 PM

There is no way Ceremony are the best hardcore band at the moment.

well most of the good hardcore stopped being played in the 80's so

few bands now display the qualities of what original hardcore was/is

I actually wouldn't call most modern "hardcore" hardcore.

You just need to know where to look bro. Check out Socialcide if you haven't already.

is this why the '90s was the best era of hardcore?

RouteOne 11-03-2009 08:33 PM

lol come on dude

witchxrapist 11-03-2009 08:34 PM

Dude, I'm serious, '90s hardcore = **** YEAH!!!1

I only need three examples honestly, and they are: Los Crudos, Kill Your Idols, and Indecision.

As for modern hardcore isn't really hardcore, why not? Genres evolve.

Tower Of Rome didn't sound like Napalm Death, still grind.

Well yeah, I'm not denying genres evolve. I'm referring to the original form of hardcore. Ya know?

There was good 90's hardcore, no doubt, I'm just saying the best bands were in the 80's. At least for me.

I've never listened to Tower of Rome, what album do you suggest?

witchxrapist 11-03-2009 08:38 PM

Their split with Gun Kata.

RetiredAt21 11-03-2009 08:38 PM

Ron, listen to Socialcide. Sounds like a band that's stuck in the 80's, but in a good way.

Txus 11-03-2009 08:40 PM

You should listen to Cult Ritual, Mappy.
