I'm back guys :)

Work was pretty good today, my friend Amy was back from her holidays so we managed to catch up. The shop was amazingly cold compared to outside which made a nice change.

Then I decided to walk home (I'm trying to start a new "zoe be healthy" campaign) I walked a mile down the road then hopped on the bus because it was too hot to walk any further. Then I had to walk another mile when I got off the bus.

Oh and I got a 2p pay rise! wooo

Good outcome?
I don't think now's the time to be saying that.

PAJJ 07-01-2006 12:18 PM

sorry if there's been a misunderstanding, i'm just fooling around.

ChodaBoy 07-01-2006 12:20 PM

I wonder how many fights are happening in pubs across the nation right now...

orite.
I just thought a statement like that in the UK thread may create some arguments.

I hope my dad's not in one...

Lord Abortion 07-01-2006 12:27 PM

Lord Abortion 07-01-2006 12:30 PM

I suppose I'll get behind Italy now...

jpshortstuff 07-01-2006 12:31 PM

Brazil all the way!

GurS 07-01-2006 01:51 PM

Portugal :) I was behind holland till they got knocked out, so went with portugal.

Question for mxuk scots: you guys were never behind england, right?

Phill 07-01-2006 02:04 PM

pfft penalties are ****.

i am going to drink the pain awayy.

GurS 07-01-2006 02:10 PM

In fairness, Rooney's a ****. He better be absolutley slated in tomorrow's papers.

trysthedrummer 07-01-2006 02:11 PM

The most painful match I've ever watched in my life. For fook sake they can never do penalties! :upset:

Poor england team, Portugal were soo lucky.

You bet, it's going to be the main story on every page of The Sun this week.
Question for mxuk scots: you guys were never behind england, right?
I don't follow football anyway.
Even if I did I don't think I'd back England.

GurS 07-01-2006 02:14 PM

Good girl, Zowe :p

AG 07-01-2006 02:28 PM

Tbqh, If I saw Rooney on the street, I'd kill him.

I'd kill Ronaldo first, mind. Cheating motherfucker.

Sup, also?

Kif 07-01-2006 02:29 PM
In fairness, Rooney's a ****. He better be absolutley slated in tomorrow's papers.
I hope so. He's been a useless pile of shit this World Cup, and everyone still happily sucks him off in the headlines.

P.S. - First post in UK forum :)

Jev 07-01-2006 02:35 PM

Wouldn't it be funny if he fell off the coach on the way to boarding the plane home and broke his foot again.

trysthedrummer 07-01-2006 02:35 PM

Rooney hasn't. He's been up there, but he needs to sort his attitude out, hopefully he can learn from his actions, for the Euro and World cup later.

2muchket! 07-01-2006 02:41 PM

Oh the well. If I ever see lamps I will slap him with a wet haddock the prat.

AG 07-01-2006 02:42 PM

To be honest Rooney is a great player, when confined to the Premiership. When playing at international level, he's mediocre at best.

I still blame Sven, though. Only taking 2 fit strikers to Germany = Stupid.

2muchket! 07-01-2006 02:52 PM

Oh I blame sven for everything. But the blame should be put on the FA's door as well, for picking such a numpty.

trysthedrummer 07-01-2006 02:57 PM

He should get the sack, who's that other guy that should take over?

PAJJ 07-01-2006 02:58 PM

^^^hehe numpty
He should get the sack, who's that other guy that should take over?
What do you mean he should get the sack? His career as England Manager is finished now anyway.

AG 07-01-2006 02:59 PM

Steve McLaren should do a good job.

trysthedrummer 07-01-2006 03:04 PM

Yeah :p woops, I didn't know.

That's the one, Steve!
