dont even sweat it that hard unless youre going for top honors like me, austin. i can guarantee you half the kiddos at the workouts are going to be in **** shape, and as long as you just jog the entire mile youll do better than them. at least thats the way it is is at mine, i just run the whole thing and dominate everybody.

im like the only person there who treats the workouts like a competition haha. so far ive done the best at everything. feels good man.

yeah dude, i want to go in there and be in best shape as possible. i know the point of them is to pretty much get in shape, but i think it'd look so much better if i came prepared and ready to exceed expectations, you know? Right now I told my recruiter I'm on vacation so I have another week or so for the rest of the ol' THC to get out of my system. been about a month and a half before I smoked, but my dad has these drugs tests from when he used to run his business and i've been failing :/
