Of course I have heard worst stuff :p I just kind of got on a rant there. I don't know, whenever I hear people talk bad about Vietnam veterans or soldiers of any kind it makes me rage.

Beauford's cymbaling, especially live, is crazy, he does so many things at once I honestly can't keep up. It sounds like he has about six limbs to me when I listen, but then again I don't drum (yet), so I guess I can't truly understand exactly how good he is.

beauford's the best thing about that band....which isn't saying much. he's good though.

dennis chambers could show him a thing or 5. mmm dennis chambers.

i also like weezer's drummer a lot. especiall on pinkerton.

My friend has a Dvd of his that I watched one day. Again it was definitely good, but I didn't die from amazement. Plus DMB is annoying anyway so the music turns me off the drumming.

No, by tomorrow I'll be joking about Bonham choking on his own vomit. I really was just thinking about that Vietnam vet thing while I was reading all that stuff, and it kind of made me get the urge to rant. But then again I'm overly sensitive sometimes, so just ignore me.

I actually am usually really, really laid-back, like to the extreme degree, but I go through phases like this where I guess I get it all out of my system once in a very while.

I have Weezer's first album, I'm not really into it, alt/punk isn't really my genre, but I can see they are a talented band.

I like Weezer. I went to see them with the Foo Fighters back in October. The show rocked, but at the time I only knew so many songs from Weezer :upset:

I think flamming is taken too far sometimes in this thread. I remember a while ago someone who was obviously a noob asked if someone could reccomend him some good who albums because all he had heard was "Teenage Wastland" and he got flammed for about a page before someone helped him. I mean joke all you want about it, I mean it is funny but the guy was obviously new to the band and was asking for help to further his knowlage about it.

weezer's actually really talented. rivers' guitar playing has hints of technicality and every so often flourishes. the drummers' fills on pinkerton are just so energetic and perfect.

dmv, awww. you picked like, one of their worst songs. i never thought i'd hear anyone calling them feel-good music though. pinkerton and the blue album are pure depression. the green album lost that closeness and intimacy and maladroit lacked in good songs. haha. make believe is pretty good though, in my opinion.

I think the only celebrities that don't come off as pricks these days are those who are new and still enamored with showbusiness, and those who are trying way too hard to make everyone like them. I think it was way below Green Album, I mean ya the Green Album isn't anything special but Make Believe was one of the worst albums of the year, not to mention Beverly Hills being the most annoying song of the year (No Black Eye Pea's included). Maladroit :S was just horrible too.
