I'm terrible at running and completely hate it but do it anyway...terribly

i use to suck at it too. when i was a kid i had asthma which i always attributed to my suckness at being able to run fast or long distances. i guess ive grown out of it tho, just started running a few months ago and im already doing under 7 minute miles, and usually 2 of them.

thats not bad tbh, my goal is to do 6 miles in under 40 mins, I'm at about 45 atm

my goal is 1 and a half miles in 8:55. thats the only requirement to graduate basic training with the highest honors that i cant meet yet. shouldnt have any trouble getting there by january.

and then i gotta be able to jog for an hour at a time or so but thats nothing

i run a mile in like 7 minutes now, but ive been running more lately and am trying to get it to at least 6:30 before i have my navy group fag fests.
