i will touch your homotesticals

big80smullet 01-15-2009 03:30 AM

why can pokemon only say their names? its absolutely ridiculous. surely if they have enough higher speech function to say multisyllabic words and all the mono syllabic sounds contained within their names they could learn to speak. At the very least they could communicate effectively using a truncated version of english consisting of words like eat, sleep, kill etc inorder to make at the very least their basic needs known instead of just putting various inflections on their names. And **** their trainers should all be punished for being enablers of their pokemons childlike language behaviours.

hismajestythepope 01-15-2009 03:31 AM

copypasta

adb 01-15-2009 03:33 AM

big80smullet 01-15-2009 03:51 AM

badtaste 01-15-2009 05:51 AM

pokemon seemed a perfectly fine concept back in the day.

ThePalaceOfWisdom 01-15-2009 06:25 AM

Pokemon is still a perfectly fine concept.

Tyler 01-15-2009 11:11 AM

I have class in 30 minutes and I'm still in my pajamas. But I mean, ****. It's like -35 outside with the windchill.

RetiredAt21 01-15-2009 11:12 AM

It snowed a little here. And it's windy as ****.

Jev 01-15-2009 11:12 AM

Don't go, its so much easier not to.

Tyler 01-15-2009 11:14 AM
Don't go, its so much easier not to.
Yeah, I'm not. I have a good 10 minute walk to the bus, then a lot more time waiting for it to show up. Yesterday I walked up to the bus stop and by the time I got there my eyelashes were frozen.

Arucard 01-15-2009 11:15 AM

lol i had no idea armin van buuren did a song with the lead singer of within temptation

she should really quit metal and stick to vocal dance

pate 01-15-2009 11:42 AM
I have class in 30 minutes and I'm still in my pajamas. But I mean, ****. It's like -35 outside with the windchill.
Fahrenheit or Centigrade?

Windchill here is -31 F, which is bad enough, but C would be extra brutal.

Morumbar 01-15-2009 11:42 AM

Yeah, I saw Withing Temptation live once and they sucked. I mean, their albums are okay, but the live performance...

I thought that WT was hardly known outside of the Netherlands. :P

By the way, I ride the bike to school every day for 45 minutes and back again. It was -13 Celsius here too last week. I have no idea how much the windchill would add to that though.

Tyler 01-15-2009 11:44 AM
Fahrenheit or Centigrade?

Celsius.

I thought -31F was colder than -31C? Or does it chance once you hit below zero...or 32? Fahrenheit confuses me.

jrowa001 01-15-2009 11:45 AM

yes! my basketball team beat the best team in the league by 1 point. it was so intense because we couldnt get any foul calls in the second half (i think it was 9 fouls on us and only 3 on them) when they were fouling like crazy. my best player hit 2 free throws with 2 seconds left

botb 01-15-2009 11:53 AM

Has anyone heard Periphery? They are so nasty. Tech metal with a lot of melodic clean vocals over it (and some harsh). Really cool stuff, there's a bunch of meshuggah-esque grooves too.
