So, my band is opening for Fall Out Boy. How gay is that.

irishslappop 03-20-2007 01:59 PM

while it is pretty gay, it's also something to be proud of, i mean, who wasn't heard of fall out boy?

:amaze: 03-20-2007 02:04 PM

yeah shoot, i'd be all about that...i'd just leave after my band went on.

We're also recording with George Clinton and Bootsy Collins, so that kinda makes up for it.

Although tons of teenie bopper girls would also do the trick.

Never heard of them.. What happened to your old band? I think I've asked that before, but I've got no idea what happened to that answer in my head.

Is that you subtly mocking me for having nearly as many plays as I do in, like, 1/10 the amount of time?

Reading Festival here I come!

Tip #1. Don't leave your gear in a room with an open window, especially when there's 73% humidity.

Just picked up my OLP and the action is screwed from the first to ninth fret... is fine prior. Of course, the Modulus is still perfect. :D

I wonder how hard it would be to pick up violin and teach myself the basics?

Hmm.

Probably pretty impossible. Do you have any violin-playing friends you could mooch lessons off of?

Polyamarous 03-20-2007 03:16 PM

Real hard, my mum plays so I thought I'd give it a go. I've been watching her play for 6 odd years and I still had no idea what I was doing.

Violin isn't that hard at all, just make sure you rosin your bow. Bow - rosin = :(

Polyamarous 03-20-2007 03:34 PM

Violin isn't hard?
My fragrant English arse it isn't!
