I don't like Pink Floyd as much as I used to. Sometimes I'll be in the mood for [i]Dark Side of the Moon[/i], but that's about it.

Ginsberg and Animals are both damn fine.

Sometimes I don't really listen to Floyd, but I'd like to get Animals. I like it.

Animals is good, but Wish You Were Here is better.

The title track is one of my favourite songs. Great lyrics.

And I have decided to capitalise properly from now on. There should be a reason behind this, but there isn't.

WYWH is my favorite Floyd album but most of them are at least decent

WYWH is definitely the best. The live version of the Wall (Is There Anybody Out there?) is very good as well.

Everybody needs to get Amused to Death by Roger Waters - its what Floyd would have become had he gotten his own way. Coupled with the fact that its an amazing album.

I have the opera he did which is very good but most of Waters' solo material is atrocious

I love his solo material.

Granted, its very narcissistic, and he misses Dave Gilmour, but Amused to Death has some excellent writing. Plus he got some very good guitarists to work with him (Clapton, Beck).

Ca Ira was quite good, but I never gave it a proper listen.

Yeah, some of the songs are pretty bad.

The title track and Every Strangers Eyes are the only ones from The Pros and Cons.... that i listen to.

Radio K.A.O.S. is very cheesy but there's some good tracks in there.

If I want solo Waters stuff I just listen to like half of The Wall or The Final Cut

the Wall has its moments, but there's too much that's not so great. like Vera, Bring the Boys Back Home, Stop, the Show Must Go On, One Of My Turns. I know they form the story, but they make listening to it a bit more of a task. That's why i prefer the live version; just seems to flow better with the added tracks/instrumentation.

Vera got ripped off by Oasis. the chorus for Wonderwall is pretty much a line from the song.

pretty much anything pre-Meddle i find a bit underwhelming.

Piper is outstanding and underrated, everything else pre-Meddle is pretty decent aside from the soundtrack to More

Not at all. Piper is good, but it doesn't bare comparison to WYWH. Or DSTOM either. Or the Wall, Animals the Final Cut or Meddle.

Exactly. The first parts of Shine On... have my favourite guitar solo.

And the title track should be held aloft as a paragon of songwriting.
