Apparently her friends came in to eat while she had a few tables to wait on, and I guess she kind of neglected the customers and it pissed some guy off. He called corporate the next day and complained about the service and gave her name.

It's a little ****ed up in my opinion, it was her 2nd week there and she loved it. The other servers didn't like her because she was "too nice" I guess, so that may have been a factor as to why she was terminated so quickly. I'm sure it was the owners' decision though.

Ehh not really. It's a pretty busy restaurant, but the owners are just dicks about... well, everything. I've never even spoken to them, but my managers get a little nervous when they know they're coming.

A few weeks ago the 'head' server got fired for not following his 'sequence' when he sat his table. They were secret shoppers and he forgot to ask if they'd be to The Rock before.

But yeah, fired him.
