Man im so bored.

Bartender 04-02-2005 10:43 AM

Try and come up with something to do, then. Make a presentation or something.

GurS 04-02-2005 10:46 AM

does anyone here know any criticisms from established sources about the madness of Hamlet and Ophelia? If it also relates to the historical and social context that owuld be great

As im on holiday, and distancing myself from all possible forms of work, I do not know of any. Terribbly sorry for this completely and utterly useless post in response to you.

Make a thread.
At least, that's my plan.

Arucard 04-02-2005 11:03 AM

Good idea.

munky_magik 04-02-2005 11:05 AM

Alternatively, you could watch Flash Gordan.

Bartender 04-02-2005 11:08 AM

Or just listen to music. New music, if possible.

Is Flash Gordon on somewhere?

munky_magik 04-02-2005 11:10 AM

Channel 4.
It just finished though, so you're probably better off making a thread or listening to music.
Or possibly combining the two.

Kingofdudes 04-02-2005 11:11 AM

Bartender, have you ever seen forum # before?

number removed

Bartender 04-02-2005 11:13 AM

Yes. It was the old music news forum, and a while ago some members of the site found out about it's remaining in existence, so try not to spread word about it :) Why? Are they using it again?

Lets just say threadstarter is being himself.

Bartender 04-02-2005 11:21 AM

I see. Thanks.

When does audioscrobbler update your lists? /anyone

Hammerheart 04-02-2005 01:41 PM
When does audioscrobbler update your lists? /anyone
when it feels like it.

Basically, unless you've donated/subscribed you have to wait for everyone elses **** to update, so it's pretty much random when it updates.

Some times it'll update twice in a day for me, other times it takes a week.

Six Foot Revolver 04-02-2005 02:20 PM

The pope just died

magicbus 04-02-2005 02:23 PM

Serious?

EDIT: Yea.

munky_magik 04-02-2005 02:24 PM

Yes, he is.
He has just died.

Permanent Solution 04-02-2005 02:25 PM

Why does everyone care, out of curiosity?

munky_magik 04-02-2005 02:28 PM

I don't know.
What I do know is that it'll probaby dominate Tv for the next 3 weeks.

magicbus 04-02-2005 02:31 PM
Why does everyone care, out of curiosity?
He's an important figure in the world. It's for the same reason people would care if a world leader died.

Six Foot Revolver 04-02-2005 02:32 PM

Only the third world war to go and then hello apocalypse

munky_magik 04-02-2005 02:34 PM
Only the third world war to go and then hello apocalypse
Third World isn't a nice term :(

magicbus 04-02-2005 02:38 PM

I think he meant WWIII, but I read Third World also.

Did anybody see Sin City? It was badass.

Six Foot Revolver 04-02-2005 02:39 PM

I meant WWIII because that dude made all these predictions and they have all came true so far. His final one was a meteor would hit the world after that pope just been dies and a war.

Permanent Solution 04-02-2005 02:40 PM

I wouldn't care about that either though...

Ah, my mistake.
Carry on :)

magicbus 04-02-2005 02:43 PM
I wouldn't care about that either though...
Some people would though. Just like some people (lots) will care that the Pope has died.
