i meant worthy as in relation to mental capabilities and understanding of economics and social policies, not breathing for 35 years minimum
I know very little about economics but I feel I could enact sound financial policies if I were to choose good advisors.

Her problem is she doesn't listen to people smarter than her nor would she be likely to choose qualified advisors.

McP3000 11-02-2008 07:46 PM

eh wouldn't McCain be more in charge of picking advisors than her though?

Angmar 11-02-2008 07:47 PM

Not if he's DEAD.

McP3000 11-02-2008 07:48 PM

wouldn't he choose the advisors before he's dead?

i mean thats the first thing you do when you get put in office...except get a tour

RouteOne 11-02-2008 07:49 PM

close your eyes and think for a minute:

If McCain dies, Palin is the head of the most powerful country on the planet. Just, just think about that for a minute and let the terror sink into your gut.

hismajestythepope 11-02-2008 07:49 PM

mccain comes from a long lived family

Angmar 11-02-2008 07:50 PM

We aren't doubting that, but he's old, and stuff happens to old people...

RouteOne 11-02-2008 07:51 PM

I dislike both Obama and McCain. I wish we weren't stuck in this retarded two party system.

Yes though he wouldn't make great choices obviously...his advisors thus far haven't won him the election :p

More importantly though, Palin is already looking to 2012...Obama is inevitable in the campaign's eyes me thinks.

What makes you say that she is looking to 2012?
What makes you say that she is looking to 2012?
She has said so.
She has said so.
Well that makes perfect sense then. Thanks!

AA-12 11-02-2008 08:03 PM

Obama is pretty much locked into two terms.

Dimmu Burger 11-02-2008 08:05 PM

I hope so.

RouteOne 11-02-2008 08:05 PM
Obama is pretty much locked into two terms.
This line was the kicker.

Angmar 11-02-2008 08:45 PM

I'm not getting that optimistic, but I do believe he has a VERY good chance of winning and will do a fine job at that. Anyone who says he's going to ruin the country is butthurt, I definitely don't believe the same about McCain.

McP3000 11-02-2008 08:47 PM

I think he has a better chance of winning than McCain, definitely...but unless he opens the gates of heaven themselves, he's kinda screwed for a second term. Especially since he's basically gonna go back against all the "hope" he's promised.

pate 11-02-2008 08:47 PM

Steve you don't know when to quit.

Angmar 11-02-2008 08:48 PM

Yes because you can predict the future oh wise and great one.

Sorry Lee :(

That's true. He really is gonna have to do a lot to convince people to re-elect him.

Angmar 11-02-2008 08:51 PM

I don't think his goals are entirely unrealistic, maybe to some degree they are, but what presidential candidate has been able to provide everything they say they will?
