Maybe its just me being too truthful or nondramatic for my own good, but I wouldnt sue over that. maybe if m kid got hit, yeah, but If I was there with friends and got jayed by a cartoon character, Id get a few shots in on him then tell his boss to make sure he got fired. I just feel like suing over something like that for tons of money is exploiting something minor and maybe a bit greedy, since theyre definitely lying about him having to go to the hospital.
