tbh I like the new Neuraxis, and a lot of other tech death, but just not for any of the same reasons I like other DM

the reasons to like any music or entertainment medium are the same

Trilateral Progression is a pretty solid album, but it's more raw and aggressive, and the new shit isn't and that's why it sucks

vocals are so much better on Trilateral as well

i want music to have an emotional component and leave a solid, lasting impression which will positively affect my life and my surroundings. that's why i listen to tech death.

and you guys are really dumb and write off tech death, there are so many riffs in the bands I like, I'm sure you guys are aware the term "riff salad"

another thing what I like about music is vocal hooks, which some bands tend to have in dm in general

So I finally checked out God Dethroned. Couple of friends have been bugging me a lot about that band. I liked Into the Lungs of Hell. Didn't seem particularly special, though, but maybe it needs more than one listen to sink in.
