So speaking of cars. My daddy replaced this belt thing in my ghetto van and now it doesn't make a funny sound anymore.
Some weird thing on my hubcap used to make weird sounds.

But now I can't hear it because I blare my stereo everywhere I go. :)

B 11-06-2005 07:18 PM

My computer just restarted itself while I was in the middle of typing out a big report. Feck.

Gnarmageddon 11-06-2005 07:19 PM

Auto save is your friend.

Edit: 55k post.

I used to be such a junkie on that stuff. They are really good though, IDR is an album I can listen throughout.

Gnarmageddon 11-06-2005 07:33 PM

IDR is good. I'm listening to Volume 1 right now. Volume 2 is also good, with all the funny stuff from the first movie on it. I don't like their new album much.

There was a song he recorded posted here and as far as I know he yells something about being a crazy man a lot. I didn't actually hear it.

You haven't heard it?

Hypnotize 11-06-2005 07:39 PM

I'm listening to my recently purchased Kelly Clarkson CD. Does that make me gay?
I'm listening to my recently purchased Kelly Clarkson CD. Does that make me gay?
I learned that "I can bre-athe for the first ti-i-ime!" song and I play it all the time.

...Not while other people are around though.

I've been thinking about learning "Break Away".

My friend always walks up to me in the halls at school and starts singing that Since You've Been Goooone song. Cool stuff.

"Interview At The Ruins" is so depressing.

B 11-06-2005 08:39 PM

Agree'd. CTtS is great though.
I'm listening to my recently purchased Kelly Clarkson CD. Does that make me gay?
That means you're cool. Kelly Clarkson rules.

I would like to say, firstly that I feel bad for saying crazy man so many times but the honest truth is I quite like it. It has a good bassline and the singing is good. The drumming isn't great (too loud) and parts of the song are a bit out of time and hectic but it's not bad. If I made a recording it would be far worse than Crazy Man. Everyone has to start out somewhere, hell look what Mike Watt did from humble beginnings.

cbmartinez 11-06-2005 08:42 PM

I feel so despondent when I listen to that album.

B 11-06-2005 08:45 PM
I feel so despondent when I listen to that album.
Same here, the whole album just has a despairing type feeling to it. I love their lyrics.

cbmartinez 11-06-2005 08:59 PM

The "wade in the water" and "let the flood swell" parts in "In The Nervous Light Of Sunday" always make me sad too.

B 11-06-2005 09:01 PM

The intro to "Non-Objective Portrait Of Karma".

cbmartinez 11-06-2005 09:02 PM

I like the part with the choir more.

B 11-06-2005 09:05 PM

The part where he comes in and talks really quietly, and then just bursts out "and I'll sleep through the night" gets me every time.

cbmartinez 11-06-2005 09:08 PM

I love the part too with "well maybe I put too much faith in the accident."

BridgeToSolace 11-06-2005 09:13 PM

...So I was just listening to some Victor Wooten I ripped off of Vince.

So freakin' cool.

cbmartinez 11-06-2005 09:18 PM

That dude is a madman.

billiejoe84 11-06-2005 11:58 PM

OK, I have about an hour before the UK guys wake up.

Much as I'd love to take this chance to be an arse and slag them all off, I really can't, as I love them all.

Yes, even Dan, Skunk that he is.

:p

I shall see you guys, when I am less drunk, on the morrow.

DJ Ducksauce 11-07-2005 12:08 AM

Haha. James is drunk again. I've got to finish that story I was working on Thursday.

billiejoe84 11-07-2005 12:19 AM
Haha. James is drunk again.
I'm more worried about the time... 3am (maybe) is an acceptably late time for a piss-head to be posting random crap on here... But 6.20am... Feck.

I disappoint even myself.

DJ Ducksauce 11-07-2005 12:22 AM

Wow. 6:20. That is pretty late. It's 12:20 here in TX.

Agent_Orange 11-07-2005 07:32 AM

Sup James.
