Thanks for the help guys...I'm calming down, but that doesn't help the fact I just pretty much destroyed my room in anger. I'm not gonna call my dad and talk to him about everything. He doesn't deserve to hear from any of his kids right now because he ****ing betrayed them.

i don't have a concentration right now. its quarter 8pm and i am too tired for learning... its still so much and next week i will have exam.
every day from 10am till 1pm lesson and from 2pm till 4pm driving lessons... going home, eating and its 6pm and then you have to learn this **** to pass the exam; i just have weekends time to learn it. i am burnt out...

once about 10 years ago, I sat with headphones on in my living-room, listening to the Ramones, no less, when all of a sudden a big, nasty truck parked on the sidewalk right outside the window. The sound of its motor drowned the Ramones out just like that. What. the. heck, I thought running over to the window looking out. Only to see absolutely nothing there but the park across the road. Then it horrifyingly dawned on me that the deep, humming, motor-like sound came from within my own head. Yeah right, tinnitus! For about 40 seconds I sat slumped in the sofa wondering whether this was to go on for the rest of my life. Then it stopped as suddenly as it came. I've never used headphones again.
