I love that movie. If you haven't seen 'Spun' yet, give it a go. It's the same kind of movie, atleast visually, but it's got more of a storyline I guess.

Spun is a great movie also, but its about crystal meth. Also has many great random metal appearances. Rob Halford works in the porn shop... the teenager kid is a Satyricon fan...etc.

Ya, he's lucky the owner of the site isn't very savy. There's various legal action that could be taken, not to mention a simple letter from the owner to his ISP would prob do it.

John was pretty burnt by Jeremy from what I understand though.

I don't think legal action will ever be taken for any reason on this site, for the same reason Jeremy had to shut down MXtabs. He can't afford the time and money it would take to work these things out legally. It's unfortunate, but I doubt it'll ever happen.

The mods are pretty much on point tonight though. Props to them.

He claimed that the "damage" he was inflicting wouldn't be over 10,000 dollars, even if it could be valued monatarily, therefore the feds couldn't chase him down. I don't know if that's true or not.

I was thinking of more civil legal afairs.

Yeah, that's probably true. Although, as described above, a civil case would unfortunately take up far too much money to be practical.
