Not at all. They are real people, who for the most part, made choices that have limited their potential in leading a productive life. Such as getting large tattoo's covering their arms - it's just not a smart play if you want to excell beyond particular levels of living.

If you want kids, well I do at some point, you simply can't give a child a quality life on a minimum wage job. Let alone affording to send them to college, afford decent housing, etc...

Secondly, exam yourself. "I don't like how rich people act". Well they aren't you. You make your own choices, to act how you do, regaurdless of your income level.
There are many wonderful and generous people who are wealthy, and use that wealth for good.

I acknowledge that in the world we live in, money = comfortablilty (to sum it up as best I can think of in one word), but money isn't something I would (atleast I hope) base my career on.

In my opinion, a little money management + working a job/career I love is waaaaaaaayyyyyy better than less money management + working a job/career I hate.


Not to say that jobs that pay well are all terrible jobs. I'm just saying that I'd rather sell drums than weld underwater any day.

I never said i wanted to be poor.

I said i dont want to be at the top of the ladder.

Its quite possible to live comfortably on minimum wage over here.

I should move there, sounds like a good place to be lazy. I wouldn't be able to get a tattoo though, because it appears people around there drink a lot when they do tattoos.

Too true. There's an amendment going up on the ballot this year in Colorado to raise the minimum wage to $6.85/hour. I'm really hoping it goes through.
