I got repped eleven times by mods, who definitely have some leeway when it came to rep points. I got multiple reps from Superpeer, Bartender, NPC, Burt, Ken, and Wintermute multiple times. Did I get BS rep points? Absolutely. Everyone did.

I repped people back to say thanks for helping me out/answering a question, and/or if I learned something from them. Did I give BS rep to help someone get a boost? Yeah, because I had the leeway and I felt they deserved it.

The only abuse I may have had is that I was able to neg idiots for over 200 points because they deserved it.

It was always entertaining to get retaliatory worth-zero rep messages from them in return.

I pity those who can't get around the swear filter :cool:

I have like 7 missing assignments, if I turn all of them in tomorrow, I'll get half credit on all of them, thus not affecting my grade for the most part. And I'm watching 24 tonight, so I won't be on until tomorrow.

Uh, because of any and all of the following reasons:

a) they were entertaining (read: obscure) messages
b) don't you like to see who jacked you up 600 points out of nowhere?
c) another reason I am not going to mention.

Mod reps were usually more entertaining.

Especially NPC's. They were certainly interesting.
