i only went to HS for two years, so I basically had my indie kid freshman year and my krautrock and old school rap sophomore year. |

Highschool was pretty much Korn and melodic death metal in the beginning then more of what I listen to now by junior year, due to this site and shows.
Mine was mostly metalcore and deathcore, random amounts of other junk as well
Mine was full of Pennywise, NOFX, Bad Religion, All and Dead Kennedys
theres no way i could list a progression for myself. for one because i dont remember 90% of high school, for 2 because much like today i listened to extremely different kinds of music at all times with no real trends or consistencies. the only thing i can point to as a phase was my folk/viking metal obsession through the latter half of 9th grade and the very beginning of 10th.
i just remember that long awkward part where i pretty much decided i'd listen to anything that would make indie chicks think i was cool hypothetically if i ever met one
there weren't many around back then |

Yeah, that's how I was with melodic death metal, otherwise I just really listened to everything as I do now... though I lean heavily on metal and emo. |
