I would be in, but as a Spam Punk member what would my duties be?

we've yet to decide the best plan of action, but i think these are our options:

1) If any April n00b bumps an old thread, inform them of their wrongdoing, and tell them not to do it again. same goes with making threads about pop-punk bands etc, just tell them to read the rules
2) If all else fails, flame the living bejeesus out of them until they don't want to return.

We basically want the forum to be a better place, and we're trying out some good 'ol 'ethnic cleansing'! (their ethnicity being based on their joining date) some of the veterans of the forum (e.g. Junkie, Swindle, possibly Sk8Ska) have decided to leave the forum until it returns to its former glory, and this is what we're trying to acheive.

Intelligent posters of the punk forum. I stand before you today afraid of what is happening to our beloved forum. When I came here just 2 short months ago I recognised this place as somewhere I could discuss the music I love and find new bands to listen to. I didn't spam. I tried not to post stupid things and soon I was accepted by the reasonable regulars of the place. Soon, however I noticed a downhill trend in the posting. More and more Pop-Punk and Metal threads started appearing. New members appeared not to have read the rules and bumped 3 year old posts
indiscriminately. This has continued and now reached epidemic proportions. Some are threatening to leave but I say we should stay. We must come up with a plan to restore our forum to it's former glory. We are punks. We will stand up and be counted. We will fight the decaying standards of the punk forum and win. I believe that with determination and courage. We can overcome the n00bs who have ravaged our beloved punk forum. We must stand strong in our time of crisis and fight the good fight lest all that we hold dear be swept away. WHO IS WITH ME?

I have a dream today. A dream that one day the forum will be free of Blink 182 bumps and metal threads. I have a dream today.
