I use top shelfs more than anything.

I won't touch abortion with a 10' pole for the simple reason that I don't have ovaries. What a female does to her body shouldn't be up to me. I find it amusing that a bunch of old dudes in judges' robes are deciding on this for women.

the only problem I have with the death penalty is that people on death row are continually found to be not guilty of the original crime via DNA testing or whatever. If you can't be completely sure you can't kill someone.

Right, I agree. If you're guilty of murder beyond any reasonable doubt and the court system proves this, you don't deserve to live, especially if you take the life of someone else. I know it's personal opinion, but by committing such an atrocity, you lose the element that made you human and therefore should not be subject to life in prison or some other knock-off sentence. But I'm not saying drug users should be slain, because that's crazy. Murder is the obvious one; at least, for me.

I have faith in the court system and its operation here.
