"After the Gold Rush" (the song) is terrible, just soo cheasy.

But the rest is good.

BludgeonySteve 08-06-2005 11:08 AM

magicbus 08-06-2005 11:15 AM

My sister got me an "All You Need Is Love" t-shirt for my birthday when she came back from the UK last night at 4am. Actually, she bought it too small and it wouldn't fit her, so she gave it to me. They also broght back bagpipes :thumb: college bagpiping scholarship, here I come

Walrus Gumboot 08-06-2005 03:01 PM

*bump*

My little sister came, sat down at the computer, and deleted the Sigur Ros album I just uploaded. Meh.

I saw Jethro Tull in'03, and they were great. I envy you.

Jam2Me 08-06-2005 03:19 PM

Jethro Tull came and went near me, I wasn't interested in going since I don't like them at all.

I won't be able to upload AoTS and Surrealistic Pillow until Monday at the earliest :-/

Tull are coming to Glenside, PA or something. I'm not sure how far that is from here though.

Broken Arrow 08-06-2005 03:34 PM

No Problem

Looks like Jethro Tull is playing at my friendly local indian casino :)

Jam2Me 08-06-2005 04:03 PM

I love the part of "25 Minutes To Go" from Live at Folsom when Johnny says '..so I laughed in his face and I spit in his eye..' and all the prisoners start roaring and cheering.

Sorry, I just had to get that off my chest.

BludgeonySteve 08-06-2005 04:06 PM
I wasn't interested in going since I don't like them at all.
I don't believe you. That's impossible.

Could you reccomend three songs, then I'll re-evaluate my liking of Jethro Tull.

cheeseturtle27 08-06-2005 04:17 PM

yeah, it's getting really popular.

magicbus 08-06-2005 04:21 PM

jpj 08-06-2005 04:27 PM
Aqualung, Cross Eyed Mary, Locomotive Breath.
You could at least recommend songs from different albums :p

Bouree and Teacher would do you good.

Jam2Me 08-06-2005 04:29 PM

Yeah, I don't like Jehtro Tull at all. I had to refresh my disliking of them.

On a positive note, I didn't know the the Edgar Winter Group did the song "Free Ride"...that song rocks!

Who did you guys vote for in the modern rock bands poll?

BludgeonySteve 08-06-2005 05:14 PM

Radiohead although I don't really listen to them. Those polls are so weak.

clown_phobia 08-06-2005 05:15 PM

I hope RHCP wins it
