http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LG29qdDAzYk
How much time do you waste looking for this kind of videos? Not even a hardcore Metallica fan waste his time looking for pointless stuff related to Metallica. Still, it was kind of funny, I thought he was going to punch a fan or something like that. |
Me either. I've learnt to not take Sigma seriously at all.

Nice man, hit me up on msn dude.

hey, i'm a big fan of metallica's music but I don't really know much about their history. Did they go on a hiatus or something from around '91 - '96 or am I just making stuff up?

No. between 91 and 96 they released/toured the Black album and toured and released Load and Reload. |
oh ok, cool. So they've never been on a hiatus then?
|

when they toured for load and reload they were still a good band. even if they did stop metal for 2 albums, so what? they just dug a huge hole for themselfs by lars sueing napster and then them trying to win their fans back with st anger which turned out completely bad. (though it did get them in the spotlight agian) |
That reminds me, why do a lot of people accuse metallica of selling out because they cut their hair? I mean maybe they just felt like getting a hair cut after 20 years or something lol. (I know that that's not the only reason people accuse them of selling out)

Nah, although you could've called it a Hiatus when James left for a brief period to go to rehab before St Anger. |
I have the KH2 and it is phat.
long live metallica! btw, I just joined this site because the other Music site I was on sucked donkey ***. later |

He had a drug problem? |
He had a drug problem?
Among other things. Like alcohol abuse, being the most important. |
james hetfield = a$$hole
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LG29qdDAzYk
I dont know I thought that was pretty funny when I first saw it in my bootleg. Who cares anyway? |

Because people are afraid of change. |
He had a drug problem?
Mor alcohol. He was always against drug use in the band I believe. wether or not he took drugs, I don't know. |

wether or not he took drugs, I don't know.
yea, i'm pretty sure metallica is pretty clean overall (after kicking out Mustaine), besides the slight alcoholism |
Lars and Cliff were both pot heads. I believe until Cliff's death.
|
When Cliff Burton died he was replaced by Jason Newsted right? Also, Newsted isn't in the band anymore right?
|

Yeah Newsted quit sometime ago before St Anger was released. They now have ex Ozzy bassist Rob Trujillo (sp?) who looks somewhat like a monkey when hes playing. |
My mum said I looked like Rob before I shaved off my beard.
I have the same features. |

I think they both did Cocaine too.
My mum said I looked like Rob before I shaved off my beard. I have the same features.
 Picsplz |
Trujillo plays more like a spider than monkey
|
lol, how is that?
|
He does some trippy walk on stage where he sort of just walks like a caveman :p
I think it's called a crab walk or something? If you check YouTube you might be able to find some videos.. I'm getting more excited about a new album (In particular with Rob!), been listening to Self-titled lately. I'm hooked on My Friend of Misery, the vocals, the bass, the drums, the guitar.. Holy **** perfection. |
lol, how is that?
He plays bass whilst crouching almost. I dunno how he manages, after a minute of that stuff my legs kill. |

She says he looks a little bit like one too. :smash: I love that song too, one of my favs from that album along with The God That Failed. |
