Hmmm, I assume you're meaning a program that would do a nice automix for a some techno stuff? Usually they have auto-bpm detectors, those are great.

Jeez, I haven't touched that stuff in a couple years, but I remember a program called Traktor DJ being great. See if you can find it.

Well, define "sampling?"

I mean, I'm pretty good at cutting individual elements from .wav tracks. Soundforge or preferably Cool Edit Pro would be great for that, it's more of an ear thing and being able to read the patterns in the soundwave.

This makes me sad i don't go on MX for 2 days and now their is no reputation anymore.

Well is no real program that can jsut automatically sample stuff. You'd have to chop and loop and play around with things. Cool Edit Pro, definitely.
