got kicked in the head a few times from kids on a boogie board but obv ridiculous show.
|
Are kids on boogie boards commonplace at shows in California? I hear about it all the time.
|
somewhat. it usually depends on whether anyone has one, really. the house this was at just happened to have one, but people don't tend to bring them.
the liner notes of the punch lp have feature a shot of someone on a boogie board, since they tend to like it. |
boogie board mosh used to happen at waste shows a lot
now they play too big of venues with stupid security rules |

all i'm going to say is that band makes my head go lol |
That's because you're too cool for recent bands from California.
|
funny thing is i actually listen to a lot of recent stuff, its just a different style of music than punch.
|
No you don't.
|
C'mon bros you're hurting the hardcore community by doing this!
|
I'll hurt your hardcore community. :naughty:
Why the **** are you waiting until college graduation?
Because I'm stuck on campus with cafeteria food, which is NOT conducive to a vegan diet. I already had to shell out cash for a dining plan, so why take up a diet now? I wouldn't be able to eat ANYTHING here, except for maybe a salad every day. |
dumpster dive, spange, steal
Ironically enough, it's called "freegan." Yes, it exists, and no, I am not kidding. |
Dumpster diving isn't that crazy to me... people throw away a lot of stuff. Grocery stores are so wasteful.

My ex is "freegan." :/ |
I am widely aware what is a freegan. I don't see anything wrong with that at all. Like stated before this post, people throw away a lot of useful stuff. Stores do this at a much higher concentration than people. It's also a great way to save money. If you're at a food place, instead of buying a drink look in the trash can for a cup. Rinse it out with hot water and then fill it up. I don't remember the last time I paid for a drink at a fast food place. You can also do the same thing with fries but to a lesser extent. Start looking at the back of grocery stores and it's pretty much like a treasure chest.
Also, if you spend like ten or fifteen minutes spanging ("you have any spare change?") you may be surprised with how much money you can come up on. My friends and I have gone to the town center on a friday evening to spange and come up on like $20. Try stealing too. I'm not saying you should break into people's houses or mug individual people. Just go to a large grocery store, act casual, go to the veg food aisle stuff some food in your pants/jacket and then walk out. It's pretty easy. Do the same with clothing or most necessities. Go to a walmart or target grab a sweater, batteries, headphones, etc. Money is not a hard thing to come by on at all. Neither are items you don't have money for. |
