Black Lotus - Light Subsides is good. Dont know if it's possibly amazing, but I like it.

For more black metal style, go with Non-Serviam, Passage to Arcturo, or Thy Mighty Contract. For more Blackened Death, go with the new one, Theogonia.

Everything else is different shades of the two. It's all great though.

Hmm, I've heard a lot of positive things about Thy Mighty Contract. I think I'll end up downloading that one when I got the chance to pick up some more fresh albums. I'm trying to download as little as possible atm...

lemme think here.... I happen to think that Throne of Ahaz's Nifelheim is pretty good stuff. I haven't been checking out much Black metal lately tbh but also Dawn's Naer Solen Gar Niden For Evogher is worth your time too.

I have Thy Mighty Contract and it's got some good parts. Some of the songs tend to get dull, but overall it's decent.

i think when im done this Triskele review I'll do the Epheles full length.
