i asked my mom to buy me beer but she said no, then she gave me a 12 pack of bud light we had leftover from a family party

seems shes trying to get me to not drink anymore by giving me shit beer instead of letting me drink the good stuff (steel reserve)

yeah possibly. it was either with you or my friend, but i had md 20/20 both times so i think both events were pretty close to each other haha

I'm comfortable with the distance I have between my parents, about 3 hours travel time. Nice because I can go home pretty easily on the weekend if I have to but not so close that they'd be wanting to see me all the time and stuff.

i do soil testing

we drill holes and take samples of the soil and do tests on it

I'm in a geotechnical engineering class

2 and a half hours long it sucks

I have my macroecon lecture in 15 minutes, I pretty much just mess around on facebook and mx with my smart phone all lecture, I don't know why I bother going since it's 2 hours of the TA reading off her slides.

my distance isn't too bad

like if i walk down the stairs fast i can be there in 6-9 seconds

i find with classes like those its still worthwhile going, even if you dont pay close attention

your brain latches on to stuff or something like that

Yeah I've only skipped once but I still feel like it's more productive to actually go to class and take meager notes at least.

class is fucking boring
