grrrrrrr turns out i do have a urinary tract infection. i wont know for sure until tomorrow but the doctor already prescribed me antibiotics. this blows so hard.

If anyone is ever involved in a motor accident where the weight of evidence seems too strong against you but you know you were in the right don't give up!

Last year I was riding a brand new bike 2 weeks after getting my license when a learner car pulled out of a give way junction in front of me and I went into the side of the car. There was one 'independent' witness against me who made a damning statement against me, and the other party consistently tried to bully me into accepting liability. He tried all sorts of bullshit to get me in trouble like with the police and he refused to accept 50/50 liability. A 21 year old man with a fresh bike and license 'independently' witnessed traveling too fast crashing into a learner car doesn't sound too good does it?

Today I found out I'd won the case and he was found 100% liable for the accident. £550 more in the bank and a lot cheaper insurance.

Anyway just want to say don't let some ****er bully you into thinking you're at fault in an accident no matter how much the odds are stacked against you.
