It's awful. He completely changed his sound that I loved and teamed up with some terrible MC's. It's too bad considering it was the same guy who did My Own Worst Enemy, Baby Pa, Center of Attention, Mecca & The Soul Brother, and Main Ingredient. The beats are just bland, which comparatively makes it awful, and the MC's just suck on it.

I met Chali 2na the other night, he's touring with Galactic (a funk band).

Show was great, the band were really good. They played What's Golden and a cover of the Immigrant Song. 2na's little brother's pretty cool as well. Think his name's laidlaw.

Yeah, probably. Galactic recorded an album with a load of MCs, including gift of gab and some others. I've only listened to the album a bit but its pretty good.

Live, they do three funk songs, three with 2na etc etc until they finish. And Stanton Moore is their drummer, but I didn't realise until after the show.

[B]The Coup [/B]is great. Saw them open for Les Claypool a few months back. The combination was the one of the best shows ive seen.
