What's wrong with not having a job? If you can live off the land then more power to you. Anyone ever seen the movie Easy Rider? The hippies in the mountains that lived in camps and planted fields etc., they just chilled and farmed and that's life.

Insteller Overdrive is probably the most well-known. Lucifer Sam is my favorite though. Astrony Domine and Bike are probably the other highlights. The whole album is great though.

Not all hippies are bums. Why do you get the idea that all hippies are bums that don't have jobs??? I'm sure there's several adults who live in house and have a job who could be considered hippies.

So about that Yardbirds' "Dazed and Confused" all I have to say is wow. I didn't know Page could turn it into a good chaotic song. It sounds way better with Draja's voice and a good psychedelic guitar in the background.

YSI seems to never work these days. What does it say when you try downloading it?

I don't like Piper At The Gates of Dawn. It's ok, but I don't really like it. Syd Barret was a nut case whos lyrics didn't make very much sense and who didn't have much of a sense of melody. I think that when he left, Pink Floyd got a lot better.

Just my opinion. I guess its my lack of doing drugs that prevents me from liking it. Because anyone can like the later Pink Floyd.
