Seamus is the third best song on Meddle, behind Echoes and Fearless. Honestly, Seamus is an underrated song.

No neither do I. It is hugely popular among more than casual fans but that doesn't make it overrated, I don't even think Money is overrated so meh.

Yeah, Echoes pretty much deserves all the praise it gets.

Nah I love it. All because of the way it builds up, with the cymbals the simple riff and keys over the top ... and then once it reaches the climax ... oh my god, this smilie gives a clue to what happens to me ... :amaze:

Being a bassist my first trip on Animals was Pigs (three different ones) but I'm becoming a huge Dogs whore.

Nah, I think the whale sex goes on just long enough. Perhaps Pigs (3 Different Ones) could be shortened a bit (maybe by chopping down the length of the synthesiser portion in the middle) but Dogs is pretty much the perfect length.

Echoes is great in it's entirety, but it's like Tetris and just about any jazz song; if you stop the song (or game, in Tetris' case) then you'd be better off starting from the beginning because it ruins the whole groove you get.

If anything I wish Dogs was longer. It is my favourite Floyd song.

The harmonized riff in Dogs is my personal highlight of the whole Animals album. That and Rogers singing toward the end, that song is definitely my favourite from Animals.

I'm the complete opposite. I've think Ummagumma blows and I'm starting to warm up to AHM.

Ummagumma is their best album and Atom Heart Mother is pretty good.

Atom Heart Mother is great, especially the title track :)

I really enjoy the three tracks on AHM that the members wrote by themselves, but the title track isn't my favorite.
