http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bDrlq5NkAO0 You guys heard this yet? The full, legitimately recorded Cigarette Song?
Pardon my ignorance, which Chad is he talking about? Chad Kroeger? That would be embarassing. |

^^ That Chad. |
lol all i heard was noise.
|
Love the cigarette song. The new version rules, but it's weird hearing such a ridiculous song done legitimately.
|
I just started listining to Protest the Hero, but the only songs I've heard are 'Bloodmeat' and 'Spoils'. I'm too cheap to buy CDs, so can anybody recommend some of there songs to download?
best album and why?
I would start with Kezia. |
Then definitely follow it up with Fortress
:-| |
word. i listened to kezia a few times through a couple weeks ago, havent heard fortress though.
|
Blood Meat kicks my *** in Tap Tap Revenge 2.
|
fortress instrumentals is so fun to listen to
<_< |
I dont know which album is better. Theyre both awesome.
|
Fortress isn't crapped on by obnoxious punk-esque drumming.
|
...
|
obnoxious punk-esque drumming
|
is why kezia is better than fortress
|
Rody's twitter account is funny:
While eating dinner with my girlfriends parents I looked down to realize my shirt was covered in dried cum. Life resembles my nightmares.
What a class act. |
Rody is getting mighty slick with the 'ol video editing software: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PnLQpJy11kg

Anybody else pre-order Gallop Meets the Earth?
I did! Trying to support them as much as I can (although I know they don't get that much money from releases), also, I couldn't miss out on the DVD+T-shirt+Signed poster offer :D I hope I'll get it as soon as possible, but I fear I'll be impatient and download a rip, cause I live in Hungary.. |
Anyone in Toronto, Jack Marks and the Lost Wages (featuring Arif on bass) are playing every Thursday this month at the Cameron House from 6-8. Excluding tonight, which has already passed.
Also...I'm bummed I missed Cutting Edge Music Festival. Nobody told me Protest performed with Andrew WK. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oAJrCyd6XAI Or Cheddar Cheese and the Mouse Traps playing Stereos (Rody on Guitar, Tim on vocals, Chris on drums). Oh, and Rody and Tim added a growl-heavy breakdown for some reason. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NguIDyOSHMg Oh and they did it again, this time wearing capes http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRSz-3KrFqc |
^^^^ Lol
Shame he's still awful at remembering what year it is. Anybody else pre-order Gallop Meets the Earth?
yeah with the shirt too. my fat *** wont even fit into it i bet. i figured i'd use it as a motivation to lose some weight lol. |
Chris is not terrible at the drums, that's pretty cool.
|
The capes make it so much better.
