WordPress. I have no real opinion, since I don't blog, but of all the ones I do visit, I find that WordPress allows for the most amount of customization (i.e. you can script your own designs and stuff). Blogger would be my second choice, and LJ is just crap.

Honestly, the main thing that turns me off a girl is if I know that she's been with a bunch of douchebags, and well, judging by her friends I'd say that girl is a no-go.
