That's the extremely formal way of way saying "Philosophy of Science" - it's probably more correctly translated as "Education of Philosophy of Science", but that is just terrible.

There would be a quicker (read: shorter) way of saying it, but it wouldn't look so impressive.

Something like 2 million Aussie homes have very poor insulation, it is a massive hole in terms of greenhouse gases (in Winter, they abuse their heating, in Summer, their cooling), with some decently insulated houses, should be good - he mentioned a saving in the billions ($$$) Australia wide, I don't know if it's that extreme, but any saving to greenhouse gases is good imo.

I earn money as a sole trader but I should have an official employment or two by April.

It goes off last financial year. So if you paid income tax and earned under 80k last year, you get it.
I haven't read fully up on all the details.

But if that $950 shows up in my account I'll be chuffed.
I can use some of it to pay back the $540 or so that I owe on last years tax.
Then piss the remainder against the nearest wall.
