yup, and because a vinyl has a nice sound and feel to it.

Vinyls have more of a sentimental value more so than cds. I mean anyone can have a big cd collection. But to have a nice vinyl collection is... (to steal a line from OpRan) orgasmic.

I never got into the whole vinyl thing. But I feel the same way about burning CDs I prefer to have the original and when I make a compilation I like using tapes.

yeah thats definitely true, i wayyyyyy prefer havnig the real CD to the copied version, i have about 80-ish CD's and 2 of them are copied. my friend has about the same amount of CD's, 2 of them are real.

are all the leads etc plugged in firmly? thats the only thing i can think of. either that, or your speakers are bust

are the connections made the right way around? if some are backwards it may not work.
