Nah, none in the grim north yet. :(
|
Apparently, Norwich, which is only 38 miles North from me got bloody loads! White-out on the roads and everything.
My brother lives in Norwich Lucky git. I want some days off work spent whizzing down our hill on the kids' toboggan /is big child :- ) |
I see age and life experience has granted you maturity above the common poster on here :p
NP-Judas Priest-One shot at Glory This is quickly becoming my favourite track on Painkiller |
Brits: what exactly is a "Chav?"
It's more of an English thing, basically it's the delinquint youths who dress in shellsuits and wear Burberry caps. We roughly get the same thing in Scotland, except ours are called "neds" (non-educated delinquints) and their defining feature is their excessive consumption of Buckfast .
This really makes me laugh. Top 30 Chuck Norris Facts
That's amazing. Some of the Vin Deisel ones are hilarious too. ----- I went to see King Kong earlier, it really really really sucked. |
Doesn't chav stand for council house and violent. Or so I was told.
|
Yeah, well, when you cease to be child-like in all ways you're fit for the grave in my book. I spend far too much time being serious and mature in my job and life in general.
Acting silly is a great relief - plus a lot of folks my age never seem to have fun anymore; they're just dull. My fave tracks on Painkiller are Nightcrawler (just love the riff), and BTHATA (To Ollie) |
Oh man, I love Painkiller. It's probably my favourite album by them.
NP: Helmut Walcha - Toccato and Fugue in D minor |

Chuck Norris is a karate expert turned "actor". He isn't a very good actor, but he takes his work very seriously. And in a lot of his movies his characters are named "Chuck Norris".
|
If by "not a very good actor" you mean "the best actor ever", I agree.
|
You necrophiliac you.
where did that come from? |
Chuck Norris's girlfriend once asked him how much wood a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood. He then shouted, "HOW DARE YOU RHYME IN THE PRESENCE OF CHUCK NORRIS!" and ripped out her throat. Holding his girlfriend's bloody throat in his hand he bellowed, "Don't fuck with Chuck!" Two years and five months later he realized the irony of this statement and laughed so hard that anyone within a hundred mile radius of the blast went deaf.

Chuck Norris sold his soul to the devil for his rugged good looks and unparalleled martial arts ability. Shortly after the transaction was finalized, Chuck roundhouse kicked the devil in the face and took his soul back. The devil, who appreciates irony, couldn't stay mad and admitted he should have seen it coming. They now play poker every second Wednesday of the month.
 |
