I'm really liking The Truth right about now.
I thought Monstorous Regiment was really good, apart from when Jackrum turned out to be a woman. That killed it for me :-/
Nightwatch is by far one of my favourites, as is The fifth Elephant and feet of clay.
And you Can't forget the light fantastic and colour of magic.
He has a lot of great books.
