I run 2 miles before every show and it loosens me a lot. I also use the hand squeezer and it helps too.

i don't think it will hurt if you practice with sticks and work out with that a fairly equal amount, though i'm not gonna pretend i really know what i'm talkin' about on these matters ha. all i know for sure is stretch before ya play

Actually, the main thing that biking will do is to improve your endurance and cardio vascular system, rather than building muscles.

Hills is where you build up your thighs. If you're on a stationary bike you'll work your cardio and ankles more than anything.

feeling really stressed. am trying to buy an apartment and want to make an offer, but someone else has.. plus my train took 2.5 hours to get to work and it will be like that for two weeks both up and back.

Gah, I hate that. School has been seriously cutting into practicing and social time lately. So I decided I hate school and I'm going to do less homework starting now, and practice a crapload instead. Theres this girl that I gave 10 dollars worth of object X and did her a huge favor... well its 4 weeks later and she said she wont pay me back untill a friend of mine gives her like a couple dollars he owes....

This is really getting on my nerves for some reason. I am middle class, so 10 dollars isnt ALOT of money, but its no small amount for me either, and im on a tight budget.
