Is Arkha Sva worth checking out? Have been trying to get [i]Gloria Satanae[/i] but I'm failing at the internet this evening, and can't find a working link (mediafire seems to be down). Wondering if it's worth the effort, as the recommendation has come from someone who's taste I would usually ignore.



EDIT: Didn't mean to kill the thread. I managed to find a working link the next day. [i]Gloria Satanae[/i] was an ok album, and most of the reviews are spot on about the LLN influence. It has these really shitty clean sung vocals though, that although they're only at the start of the album, managed to spoil the whole thing. Last track is pretty good though. Might be better served looking at EP's/demos...

Arkha Sva is okay but they really aren't anything too special.

Arkha Sva can create some decent atmosphere and I dig the vocals. Otherwise nothing too special.

Hm, dunno. To me, the production on Fell Voices' and Ash Borer's tour releases doesn't even sound that different from their studio releases. I kinda like it that way too.
