SugarCoatedSour 02-17-2008 09:58 PM

Ya, I guess I came to the wrong place.

Do you guys listen to Wu-Tang Clan, Pharcyde, early OutKast, Freestyle Fellowship....etc

gmoneyguy 02-17-2008 10:04 PM

Wu-Tang is really popular here.

sgrevs 02-17-2008 11:42 PM

Early Outkast is too.

In fact most Outkast is pretty popular here.

pulseczar 02-17-2008 11:53 PM

I think the only Outkast that isn't popular at all here is their last album.

sgrevs 02-17-2008 11:55 PM

Sounds right. Ima listen to Aquemini.

Anyone here heard the new Cadence Weapon, Afterparty Babies? Some of the most refreshing hip hop I've heard in ages. Seriously, such a good album.

ATM 02-18-2008 12:36 PM

Haven't heard of it. Is it on your blog?

SugarCoatedSour 02-18-2008 01:41 PM

poor righteous teachers, Brotha Lynch Hung (the cannibal corpse of hiphop), Souls of Mischief, Goodie Mob...etc

ATM 02-18-2008 03:38 PM

SugarCoatedSour 02-18-2008 03:44 PM

No, I'm going to inform the simpletons.

Or I guess a few name drops won't hurt.

Leaders of the New School, Brand Nubian, Big Daddy Kane.

ATM 02-18-2008 03:46 PM

SugarCoatedSour 02-18-2008 05:14 PM

favorite rap song of the day

CarnageFairy 02-19-2008 12:30 AM

I once saw this show on Fuse or some similar channel that played a block of 6 or so Outkast videos without playing any video I had previously seen. Then I saw it again and it played another 6 or 7 videos and didn't repeat any.

In summary: Outkast has made a lot of very odd music videos.

SugarCoatedSour 02-19-2008 12:37 AM

OutKast's ATliens is a classic album, even outside it's genre.

ATM 02-19-2008 08:11 AM

One of my favorite videos ever.
