Nick won't cut you. It'd take him too long to get the right attachment out of his boy scout standard-issue Swiss Army Knife.

I tried to convince Nick to challenge Jom to a spontaneous dance-off once, but he refused to.

I propose all Misfits singer threads become a bannable offense.

sketchyjoe 01-28-2006 10:55 PM

I think the punk forum just hit a new low.

For the love of god close this.

Edit: woops, already is, sorry

Delete it. It's messing up the page. And my already fast-dwindling faith in humanity.

Good idea, we really need to stamp out discussion.

By the way, I was being sarcastic.

sketchyjoe 02-06-2006 08:08 AM

That thread's retarded. It's like starting a thread entitled "Does anyone know any punk songs with words?"

The Punk/Metal thread can also spawn only ignorance.

coheneran 02-16-2006 05:37 PM

Nick, the Mucho-Punk list isn't dead. It's been going on for a while, but there's been no need to update the thread so I didn't. But I hadn't sent an album in nearly a fortnight and I felt I needed to tell people why. I know I could have just sent out an explanatory email to the list, but I thought that seeing as there've been so many new members in the Punk forum lately, I might as well restart the thread so they can add themselves. I went back through all the pages but I couldn't find the thread, so I had to make a new one. But people are obviously still interested, as they added themselves to it and sent me/promised to send me albums.

Ninja EDIT: So I think you should unlock the thread.

Brain Toad 02-16-2006 07:14 PM

You should've bumped the other one, it would've been better then making a new thread.

And if people really worried about where it meant, they would've bumped it themselves or emailed you about it.

I said, I tried to find the older one, but it won't go back more than six pages, and it isn't in those six pages. I also remember some rule against bumping threads that have gone past the third page.

What does it matter if it was me or other people who bumped it? At least four other people care, and that was just in the first six hours. Pretty please unlock it?:)

Bump that.

You can bump certain threads bypassing that rule.

It took me like 5 seconds to find that.

DaveToopes 02-17-2006 11:30 AM

I suggest Eran gets a new avatar.

DaveToopes 03-15-2006 02:43 PM

Joe that was legit in each thread. He's in a grind band, he posted in the grind thread. He has a myspace, he posted in the myspace thread. Then he posted it in the 'Your Band' thread. He's new, cut him some slack. People are too quick to be as'sholes to new people. If you'll let them stay long enough, they'll learn how to be good posters (There are some exceptions)

AIRIC 03-15-2006 02:49 PM

And in the myspace thread he posted his myspace, he wasn't advertising his band.

We want new people here it's been slow lately.

DaveToopes 03-15-2006 02:52 PM

Joe hates on new people because he has 2000+ posts.

Liebensaft 03-15-2006 03:23 PM

I'm the resident douchebag who has only been here 6 month. I apologize. Although it was a little unnecessary to post his band's site as many times as he did.

AIRIC 03-15-2006 03:23 PM

Wow you seriously have only been here 6 months.
Ban for blatant advertising in multiple threads.
That wasn't mass advertising. Granted it was a little gay to go in 3 threads at once posting it, but it wasn't advertising as it was on topic.

DaveToopes 03-15-2006 03:24 PM

I'm not sure why you would admit to being resident douchebag but do nothing about it.

Liebensaft 03-15-2006 03:28 PM

I plan to cut back on the douchebaggery. I think it's just the result of having more time to sit around and visit mx.

DaveToopes 03-15-2006 03:30 PM

I look forward to it.
