i read on this site that blink are bring scott(while travis is on tour) back for a tour, called plus 44 is because the rang scott with the idea from england and thats the code for england is +44 (when the were on tour at christmas)
and that the +44 album has nothing to do with travis or that girl that is cover story for scott come back  and there going to remake all there older songs

i found this very funny

Stew_Blink 05-03-2005 05:32 PM

I saw the first one but only because I wanted to see what it was like because it was Blink related - other than that I don't really watch reality tv because I hate it.
so to answer your question - no I didn't really like it like it - but that's not saying much because I don't really like any reality tv.

dancetomdance182 05-03-2005 07:45 PM

A company that owns Geffen said that blink will be releasing an album this year. Probably greatest hits, but who knows maybe their done from break..

yeah but i still think they are the most overated band in the music industry :thumb: . blink will most likely release a greatest hits album this year. I hope it has heaps of pre-enema songs on it.

MattSharpIsCool 05-03-2005 09:03 PM

Dont get your hopes up. Its there to make money, so I'm assuming it will mainly be Enema, TOYPAJ, and Blink 182 songs. Maybe a couple Dude Ranch songs.

felch182 05-04-2005 02:08 AM

yeah most likely, but hey we can always prey.

felch182 05-04-2005 06:31 AM

Does anyone know if they will bring the live dvd out as planned, and when.

Agent_Orange 05-04-2005 08:11 AM

They probably put it out just to finish off the year.

felch182 05-04-2005 09:26 AM

i was just watching urethra chronicles again, and i was always under the impression that blink were successful after dude ranch. But if you look closely, they really were'nt all that well off.

ChodaBoy 05-04-2005 01:12 PM

A lot of immaturity, talks about how people are made, jumping, more talk of how people are made, and music, ut that was awhile ago. Now they are more serious...

felch182 05-04-2005 08:24 PM

my fav memory was picking up a hot little punk girl :naughty: at the august show in melbourne during spartas set, then i lost her. And then during blinks set when we were chanting carousel i felt someone tapping on my shoulder, it was her. We moshed so hard toghether during carousel and the rest of the set, then made out for a whole hour after the show. So romantic. so i guess mui fell in love with the girl at the rock show (so cheesy) :thumb:

...Today I read the weirdest, craziest Blink 182 biography. As I was reading my friends magazines, I came across a copy of Dolly that had a Blink 182 tribute in it. Getting excited, I flipped open the magazine only to read that Blink 182 were originally a joke band with some Mexican name that played for weddings and parties. Now, I have read "Tales From Beneath Your Mom" numerous times, and I have NEVER read anything about this being a part of Blink's past.

I think it's a real shame if this information is incorrect, (which I believe it is), because now thousands of teenage girls (including my friends) around Australia will be getting some crazy impression about Blink. It's not true, is it?

10571z 05-05-2005 03:40 AM

not to my knowledge tennage girls will believe anything

plaidbassbilly 05-05-2005 03:45 AM

I get really frustrated when magazines like this report the wrong stuff, Last year another one of these type of magazines called "I Miss You" "Miss Ya". I mean, seriously. It's only 4 more letters!

I've heard before that they used to be called El Quarto and something, but I don't think they ever actually toured or recorded under that name. It might have been just a temporary, joke name, that they used for a few practices and maybe some parties. I even doubt that though.

If you had a choice of which member of blink would you like to see continue with there music career (in differnt bands )
Tom or Mark ? (ya i know +44 but ! )
in other words in whos song writing do you prefer

the_uber_penguin 05-05-2005 01:04 PM

I was always more a fan of Tom. I like his voice, he uses it really well. I always felt Mark is always trying to to sing too high for himself and it feels strained (except I Miss You and STFTK) and I think Tom is the better songwriter (Box Car Racer...also Tom wrote most of the "favourites"...Adams Song, All The Small Things, What's My Age Again, Stay Together For The Kids, Carousel, Not Now, Down, I'm Lost Without You, the list goes on...Marks best achievements are Stockholme Syndrome and Dammit)

So there.

cobert 05-05-2005 02:29 PM

Id say tom. Pretty much for all the resons uber penguin listed.
