I've never been in love (is 17). So I have to write about anything besides love. I've done political, and I love songs that are metaphors. I tend to write expansive, story-telling epics. That, or I write songs that deal with the emotional forces in life, such as angst and ennui.

I've stopped looking at authorship for the most part and just tried to give crits where few have been given.

Yeppers, I've seen some truly terrible crits in my day. (Which isn't all that much). I love when someone says something short and not very meaningful and is all like "o and crit me bak :thumb:". All apologies, but that's just not what people want to see.

So for the modding issue, looks like for now it's just DFelon being supered and Josh hopefully coming back more. As far as Jim tells me at least.

Doesn't really matter that much S&L wouldn't be a hard place to mod anyways

Yeah, the reason Nick suggested I should be modded as a local though is because he's got college so he's not able to visit daily. Plus he already has the HXC/Emo mod.

Plus, Subtle is thinking about leaving as well so that's minus one other mod.

It'd be nice to have a local S&L mod but I don't see it happening. Oh well, no carrots to bite?

I am better, but those are some kickass shows right there. The Chariot is awesome live. I've never seen Mewithoutyou live but they should be awesome. Along with Rise Against who should be awesome. I haven't heard of the first two bands.

Yea, out of all of those, I have only seen The Chariot and Zao live before. It should be an interesting month.

I just got back from a taking back sunday show last night...and despite all the reports I heard about them sucking live, i thought it was a really good show. They played along with motion city soundtrack which was cool as well. I got all the way to the second row from the barrier, and then I caught a T-shirt :) Anyways, it was a good night
