The bannings are usually between 1-3 days for posting in spam threads.

No, I'll tell ya what is gay. Someone logging into a forum, not taking the time to read the parameters of the forum, breaking the rules, and then bitching about it like a little kid. Its simple, thousands of people every day come here, post here, and are productive members here without any problems. All you have to do is spend 5 minutes, read the **** rules and try to stay close to them.

Well all threads that you post in have a black dot on the symbol to the left of their name, to let you know you have a post in them, for start.

If you want to get directly to your posts, without scanning the forums for them, click the Quick Links drop down menu on the toolbar near the top of the page, and select Subscribed. That should bring up a page with all the threads you've posted in on it - any with a white envelope as their symbol have new posts since you last looked at it, and any with dark envelopes, don't.
