Yeah, I hope I'm still part of the Maiden army! I've just scaled back on my posting a bit.
I used to be part of the Maiden army back in the day.

I need to spend more time in R&M again :-\

xizoesira 10-25-2005 12:50 AM

As says Kingofdudes' title, it seems like R&M is a little dull now.

The main page is mostly this thread and thread devoted to big band x, most of them with bad titles.

Death heads is still a great thread, though, and this thread is as it always was.

Riva 10-25-2005 01:09 AM

I'm glad you returned xiz. Got sick of WoW?

xizoesira 10-25-2005 01:10 AM

Yeah, finally. It took entirely too long.

I've been getting in touch with the local metal scene and working on my instruments more.

Grats on supermod.

Good job on Mod Riva.

But i really don't see how Ken ever did a good job here. If by good job you mean come on every once in a while and ban some people, then yeh, i guess he did do a good job. YOU GOTTA BE PART OF THE COMMUNITY MOFO.

Just because he didn't post does not mean he did not lurk and do modding duties.

Ken was a good mod, especially considering all the crap he took.

Anyways, Ken was on a lot, just because he didn't post much in this thread doesn't make him a good mod :)

Points to you for not only listening to AFI, but listening to one of my favorite tracks (being BHIN/This Time Imperfect as one entire track)

Arucard 10-25-2005 02:07 AM

AFI are a good band.

And i just like mods you can talk to, who don't hide.

I hope im in the Maiden army, if the guys consider it.

Bobo, Raiga was right in the last episode when he said to Naruto 'Is that all you can do?' :p

His Bunshins get old fast.

Oh I know...he is right heh. Ten Ten was pretty nifty in that episode, till Raiga broke her stick.

Especially if we have to endure 30 more episodes of crappy fillers to get to something good known as the story line.

Blah, I think I am going to bed...it's now 2 am.

NP - AFI - Days of the Phoenix

Bartender 10-25-2005 05:02 AM

I think Reuters is probably my least favourite track on Pink Flag :-/ Great album, though.

I'm supposed to be in a lecture right now, but it's cold and windy and the bus seemed determined not to show up, so because it's only a Q&A session and not a real lecture I decided to sod it, and stay here for a couple of extra hours.

NP The Vandals - People That Are Going To Hell

superpeer 10-25-2005 05:04 AM

I nearly fell asleep in the lecture I just had.

Shadows 10-25-2005 05:05 AM

It's 7:00 am here and I'm waiting for my ride for school. I'm tired as hell and rather cold. Damn private schools. :(

superpeer 10-25-2005 05:46 AM
What was the lecture on?
Dutch Medieval literature stuff, it's not that it was that boring, I just didn't sleep much.

I actually enjoyed the first part a lot, where some Medieval author kept bashing woman, it was so true.

Lord Abortion 10-25-2005 05:52 AM
This is precisely why I make it a point to avoid things like this. You really need to get your friend to do these things himself.
Or get a girl to do it...

That could backfire alarmingly though...

Hello to you, thread, after this blasted place was shut.
Loving the new thread title actually...

NP-Dragonforce-Operation ground and pound

superpeer 10-25-2005 05:55 AM

Well, I have medieval things constantly, it's not just a part of something else. :p

It can be very boring, I admit. But this was alright.

Lord Abortion 10-25-2005 05:58 AM

Oh, and happy Birthday to Riva, too...
Drugs never make me drowsy unfortunately, and last night it was mainly because my mind was overactive and was thinking so much I couldn't shut down to sleep. I get the feeling it'll happen again. :-\
That happens to me every night (pretty much literally). I do sleep, though; it just means I have to lie in bed for quite a while before I do. One thing I find that sometimes helps is the position of my eyes. I have my eyes closed, of course, but I find I tend to get to sleep more quickly if I 'look' down, or straight ahead, rather than up. I think it's something to do with accessing different parts of the brain. What's annoying is I have to realise this every night, since looking up seems to be my natural inclination when I lie down to sleep.
Wow, I think I just got called a "token" who only got in college because I was black, but I'm going to spare you all of that.
:-/

By who?

I prefer Pink Flag (the song) to Reuters, in terms of longer songs, on that album, I think. Most of my real favourites are the shorter ones, though (Three Girl Rhumba, Ex Lion Tamer, Dot Dash, Mr Suit, 12XU, etc).

Isn't it supposed to be 'by whom' (preposition + accusative) or am I completely out of step with the world (reference++)

NP: Circle Jerks - Paid Vacation

superpeer 10-25-2005 06:53 AM

Hooray! I didn't totally sleep in Grammar class. :D

Don't worry though, the accusative is very formal in most of its uses, so feel free to use the nominative.
My uncle's cat, whom we are looking after as He is away on holiday is now sleeping under the floor tom of my drumkit, it's cute really...
Another case of Whom. :naughty:

/me thinks the accusative is not needed here, since it is used as a relative pronoun

Hey, I was like you guys before I went to Uni, we had practically no English Grammar in High school, so I was just like you guys, just using it, but not knowing why. But now there's looooads of grammar and the professor gets mad if we can't explain why we do something. So, I try to learn it. :upset:

Nice thread title change.

I got drunk at the show Saturday (OMGodderz I'm not the only mxer to share drunk stories on MX LOLERZ)...apparently I'm a goofy drunk. And apparently I got pretty naked. And apparently Final Drive took pictures of me half-passed out and are putting them on their website. That's just peachy.
