What sucks is I'm 40 minutes from LA but it feels like I'm in LA with all of the traffic and overpopulation.
You gotta head inland or its gonna be bad no matter where you are in California. Kinda sucks. |
Funny thing is, Vallejo is more of a suburb then say San Francisco, nearly all of the Bay Area are suburbs of San Francisco, with some of the smaller towns being subsuburbs of the larger suburbs, like Oakland. It's insanly odd over here. But I wouldn't live anywhere else, personally. Except maybe Canada.
You don't know you want to live anywhere else until you've tried it. |
Ew, you must have been in some major slums if you thought San Bernardino was nice. Place is a s'hit hole, I think South Central is nicer.
Comparing it to parts of Fontana by the track, and Rancho Cucamunga, it's nice. Comparing it over by the airport, its not so nice. Although its probably all different now since the track has had time grow and businesses have expanded, I went when it was all brand new. |
You don't know you want to live anywhere else until you've tried it.
It's the only place in California I'd want to live. I hate SoCal, and it'd get boring fast up in the redwoods closer to Oregon. |
You gotta head inland or its gonna be bad no matter where you are in California. Kinda sucks.
Inland can be pretty bad too. I've never been on the 91 without hitting mad traffic. And I don't want to go too far out...for reasons that I shouldn't have to tell.

Thats wierd how you guys were having a conversation and then boom it stoped.

I'm looking out my window and I can see the god**** houses there building there right now. There real close together. Bugs me. |

I like living in Oxford but I want to live in other places just to find out what it's like. |
Does England have rual (spelling) places to live, or is it mostly cities?
|
England has lots of countryside.
|
I've never pictured it being that way.
|
I have. I pictured a bunch of sheep farmers for some reason??
|
I've never pictured it being that way.
England is famous for it's countryside.
I have. I pictured a bunch of sheep farmers for some reason??
That's Wales. |
I know it for its tea and crumpets and such. And where the black op group Rainbow Six lives of course.
|
For your next vacation, take a trip to my omnibus.

I've been looking up Malcolm X,and from what I've read,I don't understand why people can't wear his shirts at school. In the dress code it says no rebel flag or Malcom X shirts are to be worn, and Malcolm X doesn't seem bad,so WTF?
|
I can't really picture England at all.
|
Black Panthers!

If you're not allowed Malcolm X shirts that's retarded. You should seriously complain. I recommend his autobiography. It's amazing. |

Just wondering........what's a "rebel" flag
|
Well originally he was very hardline and anti-white but before his death his political stance and views mellowed considerably. They wouldn't stop you from wearing MLK shirts so I don't see why his shirs shouldbe banned.
On a side note, he was also a drug-dealing, house-robbing pimp. |

Confederate flag? |
Confederate flag?
aye, I'm used to people referring to it as the confederate flag. oh, what if you wear it to show your southern pride? Technically wearing any flag other then your own countries is considered "rebelling" because you are showing support for other countries instead of your own. |

This is the Star Wars rebel flag they rebelled against the Empire. http://www.starwarsdotcom.com/star_wars/wallpaper/rebel1_1024_768.jpg |
They seriously wouldn't let someone wear this? My god.

You lost, get over it. Especially pisses me off when there is guys in northern California with them, when California was a non-slave state. And tell your rebelling thing to all the mexicans who put out the mexican flag on cinco de mayo. It's a way of showing pride for their heritage country. |

I have no problem with people not being able to wear that,it's not being able to wear malcom x stuff that I was curious about. |

she's kinda hot, ugly face though. also, in an extremists (not the terrorist kind) point of view, yes it would be rebelling. Because you should be proud of you country, and not give a crap about other countries, that's what they did back in the middle ages. I do not however, think of it that way....but people could. Let's say your in some middle easter country right now(let's just say it's Iraq), and you fly and american flag over your house...that makes you a target for discrimination because you rebelled against the norm. Also, I'd be flying a canadian flag, seeing as I'm canadian. |

Yes and i dont see why there so pride-ful about the stupid flag! They lost the damn war! Maybe if they had won it would be a different thing, er....rednecks! Joe this is why you cant wear them: http://www.stainlessbanners.com/photos/shirt-12.jpg |

Although I'm all against school censorship, I think barring the confederate flag is a good thing, because most people who are proud of it are ****ing morons. The Malcom X thing confuses me. Probably just his early militant ways are known, and he is not nicest guy. |

True, but that guy is gay enough to ban the flag evey where. |
